Genoa, 5 August 2025 – Anna Marras, Chief Executive Officer of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (“Company” or “ACROBATICA”) – the company specialising in double safety rope access construction work, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker EDAC) and Euronext Growth Paris (ticker ALEAC), has announced to today’s Board of Directors the value of the Group’s revenues, not subject to audit, in its national and international context for the first half of 2025.
Consolidated revenues generated in the first half of 2025 amounted to 80.5 million euros, up 14% compared to the 70.6 million euros in the first half of 2024.
This result is the combined effect of the increase in the core business revenues of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. and all its foreign companies.
In detail, the revenues of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. amounted to approximately 65.6 million euros, with a 6.8% increase on the 61.4 million euros of the first half of 2024.
As for the French subsidiary EdiliziAcrobatica France SaS, revenues from the first half of 2025 stood at 3.4 million euros, a 41.7% increase compared to the first half of the previous year, when revenues for 2.4 million euros were recorded.
Revenues generated by the Spanish subsidiary EdiliziAcrobatica Iberica SL stood at approximately 1.1 million euros, up 10% on the 1 million euros in the first half of the previous year.
EdiliziAcrobatica Monaco S.A.M. also saw excellent growth, recording revenues of 597 thousand euros, accounting for a +58.8% increase compared to the same period in 2024 (376 thousand euros).
Acrobatica Middle East, the subsidiary that operates in the Arabian Peninsula, generated 7.8 million euros in revenues in the first half of the year, an increase of approximately 52.9% compared to 5.1 million euros in 2024.
The subsidiary Acrobatica Energy Srl, the Group’s start-up that operates in the sector of renewable energy, recorded revenues of 122 thousand euros.
Acrobatica Smart Living Srl, established on 9 February 2024, generated revenues of 888 thousand euros in the first half of 2025.
Lastly, the subsidiary Verticaline, acquired on 31 January 2025, recorded revenues of approximately 1 million euros.
As at 30 June 2025, EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. had a total of 1,954 staff, compared to 1,784 as at 30 June 2024; inclusive of employees at the French subsidiary EdiliziAcrobatica France, the Spanish subsidiary EdiliziAcrobatica Iberica SL, EdiliziAcrobatica Monaco SAM, Energy Srl, Acrobatica Smart Living, Verticaline, Acrobatica Middle East, and the franchises, the Group has a total of 3,289 staff.
EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. had 127 direct operating offices as at 30 June 2025, recording 10 business units more than in the same period in 2024 (117).
